I have a problem with the world's current lack of human-centered design and I love problem-solving. My KPI for my problem is the impact I can make in the tech industry by making the implementation of accessibility tools a standard of what it means to be a good UX designer. My passion for this stems from having had severe juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (It is quite painful) throughout childhood and learning about the struggles that people with disabilities face every day. It inhibited me from completing simple tasks, like typing on a keyboard. I love to make products easier to use and more intuitive for people around the world. I want to be a voice for people who had to work with tools that did not consider their needs as a user.

I am taking on the world one experience, one city, and one Allen at a time. I am the kind of person who rotates through a variety of hobbies. The current flavors of the month are golf and cycling. The time outside helps me balance my life and avoid creative blocks. While I enjoy the outside, I always find myself drawn back to my desk and piano, which I have been playing since I was five. As an Indian American in Midwest America, I have always yearned to learn more about my cultural identity. Relearning Malayalam has made me realize that this is a journey I want to document for myself and for anyone who wants to listen through my blog.
